1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GREG Back Office platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform. Access is granted solely to authorized employees and contractors of Giraldo Real Estate Group ("GREG").
2. Platform Purpose
The GREG Back Office is an internal transaction management system designed exclusively for use by Giraldo Real Estate Group personnel. It facilitates the management of real estate transactions, agent profiles, team assignments, and related business operations. The Platform is not open to the general public and does not serve as a consumer-facing product.
3. Authorized Use
You may use the Platform only for legitimate internal business purposes as directed by GREG management. You agree not to:
- Share your credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to access your account.
- Use the Platform to store, process, or transmit information for purposes outside of GREG business operations.
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access data belonging to other users.
- Export, copy, or distribute confidential business data outside of authorized workflows.
4. No Affiliate Marketing or Lead Purchasing
GREG does not engage in affiliate marketing programs through this Platform. We do not purchase, sell, or trade lead lists. All contacts and transaction data within the Platform are derived from legitimate real estate business activities conducted by GREG personnel.
5. SMS Communications
To the extent GREG uses SMS messaging to communicate with team members, such communications are transactional in nature and are sent only to individuals who have provided explicit, written consent through a separate opt-in process. This Platform does not collect SMS opt-in consent. Users may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message or by contacting us directly.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on this Platform are the property of GREG or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Confidentiality
All information accessed through this Platform — including transaction data, client information, commission records, and team data — is strictly confidential. Users are required to maintain the confidentiality of this information both during and after their engagement with GREG.
8. Account Termination
GREG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to GREG, its personnel, or its clients.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GREG does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GREG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
